INTERNATIONAL: We now offer international shipping for boutique items. Economy or Express shipping via Royal Mail. Please be aware that Economy shipping is sent via Royal Mail and will only insure your delivery up to £25 if lost in transit and is non trackable. If you believe your item is lost Royal Mail provide us with a set date in which we can claim, this depends on the service you select, but we will not be able to refund you until Royal Mail have accepted the claim.
Most orders are created and shipped within 10-14 working days. It is then up to your chosen delivery service to safely get your items to you, but we are always on hand to discuss if you have any issues.
Below is a list of the postage companies typical delivery rates. This is ON TOP of the 10-14 working days we list to pack and send the item.
Please note all dog food shipping options do not include packing and processing.
Standard shipping (Royal Mail)
This is the cheapest option available. It's a tracked service, though typically it's very fast.
- UK - 1 to 3 working days
- EU - 3 to 5 WEEKS
- Everywhere else - UP TO 8 WEEKS
This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The 'next day' service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer.

- Everywhere else - 5 to 7 working days
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it's being shipped to. All parcels heavier than 0.6kg (UK) or 0.3kg (rest of the world) will default to DPD as this is the cheapest shipping option.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier, so they can't be guaranteed by Nemo & Crew. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's very likely there has been a delay in transit.
If your order is shipped with either of the Royal Mail services we advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.
All orders shipped with Courier are fully trackable and we recommend you contact the chosen courier with your tracking number if there are any issues for the quickest resolution. Though if you'd like our help you can let us know using the details below.
